This project, Narrative Gastronomy, introduces Odessy, an international airport bar concept designed to transform travel into a sensory storytelling experience. Rooted in the idea that “every drink has a destination,” Odessy curates globally inspired cocktails and small plates that reflect the flavors, traditions, and cultural narratives of different regions. The concept reimagines airport downtime as an opportunity for discovery, allowing travelers to embark on a seamless journey through taste while remaining in transit.
The Design
The final execution comes to life through a thoughtfully designed menu system and visual identity. Each menu section highlights a different region, such as the Americas, Europe, and Africa and its signature drinks with local bites. The storytelling elements like maps and cultural notes layer the design approach & reinforces the narrative, turning each selection into a journey.
Odessy becomes a departure point where culture, flavor, and storytelling converge into one cohesive travel experience.
